When we start filming our film, we have chosen to film it in the style of CCTV footage as if someone was watching it back.
We want our film to have a 4 way split screen effect to show multiple things happening at once. We got this idea from CCTV cameras as they often capture different things happening at different times. This could be done very effective if it is executed correctly. 
The other place we drew inspiration for the CCTV effect was from the series of films "Paranormal Activity" as that series of films is entirely filmed through a camera. We thought this would be effective as no one else has tried to film in this style before.
